Pho Quyen | Our Story
Pho on Park Blvd since 1998
We opened in Pinellas Park in 1998, and we're still serving noodle soup to the neighborhood. Come in, grab a booth, and we'll bring the herbs to the table.
How we cook
Our kitchen leans on fresh herbs and vegetables, and we go light on oil in most dishes. We want you to leave feeling good and still thinking about the flavor.
In the paper, 2002
Creative Loafing Tampa Bay named our Park Blvd restaurant in its "Have Mouth, Will Travel" column on February 27, 2002. We were already a few years in, and it was nice to see the neighborhood spot get noticed.
Build your own bowl
Try the lemongrass chicken over vermicelli and pour the nuoc cham over it. One regular adds chili oil and spoons the leftover peanut sauce from the fresh rolls on top, and we think that's a good move.
Three Tampa Bay locations
What started in Pinellas Park now has two more kitchens in Tampa, on Hillsborough Ave and on Fowler Ave. Same menu of Vietnamese noodle soups and rice dishes, wherever you're closest.
